Open Ocean Outriggers proudly stands behind the products and the quality brand names we represent.

If you are not satisfied with any item you receive - for any reason, we will gladly take back the item and refund your original purchase price -- no questions asked -- for 30 days. Simply return the invoice and item to us in its original condition for a full product refund. (No returns on sized, modified, altered, damaged or broken goods).

So when you get a package from us, scrutinize the item just as we have when we got it, and when we shipped it to you.

Make sure it is what you ordered. Check the features and functions. If it doesn't  bounce or whatever, we'll make it right within 30 days.

You'll need to obtain a Return Authorization number from us  - then ship the gear back. It's pretty straightforward. Please contact us by email at info@outrigger.ca so we can take care of you.

In the unlikely event that we shipped you a defective item, we will gladly take back that item and credit you the purchase price, sales tax (if applicable), original shipping costs.
